The Balance Confirmation Report
The balance confirmation report enables you to send automatically, to both your customers and suppliers, a statement to agree upon your mutual debt at any point in time.

Accounting agency and accountant as contacts in the sidebar
As an accountant you have the possibility to make your contact details visible to your clients. You can display the agency contact details as well as a personal contact for each company. Only the information you enter will be displayed in the Help Centre tab.
Document Categories
As the Briox app release approaches we have prepared categories for your receipts;
With a list of categories to choose from, the user does not need to input data manually when scanning receipts and you in turn get receipts with descriptive names to work with in linked documents, as well as the possibility to prompt for comments when necessary.
To set up your own categories and prompts go to Settings - Archive - Document Categories.

Document types
In the up and coming Briox App, scanned documents will automatically be delivered to certain inboxes of the linked documents section of the Archive.
The predefined document type is set to Receipt and these will land in the Journal inbox.
