The idea behind the Accounting assistant is to offer accounting agencies and their accountants a total overview of their customers, their work and their time.
Set up your clients, the work you are going to do for them as well as how you want to be reminded about your due dates and the Assistant will autogenerate your task list and automatically manage your due-date warnings.
The aim with the Assistant is to offer agencies and accountants a tool that helps them and they can rely on in their daily work.
The assistant is made up of three main views offering the user different ways of analysing and working with their own or the agencies' tasks.
- The Task Overview offers a total overview of customers, the tasks that are to be performed for them and their statuses. At a glance one knows which task is most urgent. This way nothing falls between the lines, and the most urgent tasks are treated first. The overview is available per consultant as well as for the agency as a whole.
From the assistant task list, you can log into your clients directly, update the status of your tasks and report time on tasks. Available now. - The Task List offers mass-management possibilities and an overview based on task status rather than by customer.
- The last view of the assistant is a Calendar view which shows the estimated time left to do on tasks at a specific date. Here you can see at a glance if your planning is realistic per person, and for the agency as a whole. With this overview your resource planing and allocation is greatly facilitated. To ease bottlenecks and overloads the assistant allows colleagues and administrators to share and redistribute work, on a one-off basis or on a more permanent basis.
Last but not lease, the time/invoicing link enables you to invoice the customer directly. Every time your consultants have reported via the Assistant, it appears on a detailed attachment in your time invoice.
