The Report Generator: User Rights and Access

Sweden and Estonia 

In Sweden and Estonia the report generator is included in the Accounting reports.
Go to Admin - Users to give a user access rights.
The generator is accessed from the main left hand menu under Reports

Via accounting the user gets access to the necessary accounting reports that can be used in the report generator as well as the various functionalities that enhance the reports such as including Drafts in printouts & Grouping transactions in the Balance specification report.

The generator also gets additional functionality from the Linked Documents section of the Archive. If the account has one linked documents licens it allows users to:

• Save the reports in folders that are automatically created in chronological order under linked documents.
• Users can link documents & images to their report by uploading documents to the Linked files section of the Report Generator. 
  
  
   

Finland, Latvia & Lithuania 

The report generator is an add-on module to Accounting, so a user who is to work with the report generator should have access to Accounting, Linked documents and the Report generator as a minimum. 

Note: Only a systems administrator can give a user access to a new module.
