The journal types displayed are those that contain bookings in the current financial year and the comparative year.

The Format is entered manually.

Accounting reports: In this section you can specify which types of reports and lists are included in your accounting and financial statements.

All entries are manual and rows can be added by clicking on Add new at the bottom.

Note: 
As these reports are often very brief, List of Used Journal Types and Accounting Reports and Method of Storage have been combined into a new report: Journal Types and Method of Storage.
The original separate reports are still available if needed.
