Copying Data from one year to another

• The tax return codes and their mapping to the accounts in in the chart of accounts are copied from year to year together with the chart of accounts.
  
  
• All information input in the “Active tax return form” is copied over to the new form for the following year. More specifically:
  • All manually input data remains from year to year.
  • All data input via variables such as company and shareholder information. is automatically updated.
  • All data input via Tax codes is automatically updated and shows the data for the selected financial year.

Note: there might be differences created by the Tax Administration between forms belonging to different years: for example, the mappings for whole new fields have to be determined on the year version that contains those new fields.

Copying your tax code mapping to new accounts

Your mapping is copied to the new account created when you use an account as a template account.
You can prepare the mapping for several forms for example, 6B and 5, in one template account and all the mappings will be copied over to the new account.
