The payslip can be delivered in multiple ways to the employees:

The payslip is sent to the employee when the payment is sent to the bank from Briox (marked as paid in Palkkaus.fi). So in most cases the payslip appears to the employee before the actual payday.

1-The Briox App

Payslips are automatically delivered to employees in the Briox app, this service is included.
For employees to become Briox users and access the app and its other functionalities follow these instruction. 

 

2-The Palkkaus.fi Portal

Employees can login directly to the Palkkaus.fi Portal: www.palkkaus.fi and pick up their payslips. Please follow the instructions below if you are a new user or already have an account.

3-E-salary

Online payslip delivery can be enabled separately for each company in the program settings. Once activated, an electronic payslip is automatically sent to the employee’s online bank account when the salary is marked as paid.

To activate the service, go to the Payroll menu un Briox and select Settings > Overview > Payroll settings > Delivery method of the payslip to the worker and select the electronic payslip delivery method.

Please note:

• Electronic payslip delivery must be activated before the salary payment is made. Payslips are not generated retroactively for salaries that have already been paid.

• A service fee applies to electronic payslips in accordance with the current price list.

• The electronic payslip is sent automatically when the salary is marked as paid.

• The operator providing the e-salary is Apix Messaging Oy,  and delivery of e-salaries can take place to the following banks:

  • Aktia Pankki Oyj, 
  • Bonum Pankki Oyj, 
  • Danske Bank A/S Finnish branch, 
  • Nordea Bank Oyj, 
  • Oma Säästöpankki Oyj, 
  • OP-Palvelut Oy, 
  • S-Pankki Oy, 
  • Svenska Handelsbanken AB, 
  • Säästöpankkiliitto Osk
  • Ålandsbanken Abp.
