The payroll folder enables employees to submit their expenses, expense reports and any other payroll-related documents directly to Briox via the Briox app or via mail.
This ensures that payroll documents are kept separate from accounting documents. The folder is secured with user-specific access rights, ensuring that only authorised personnel can view the documents. Even when documents are linked to journals, access is restricted to those with the appropriate user rights.
As an employee you can scan receipts and expenses to the Payroll folder of linked documents by selecting payroll in the app.

User Rights
The payroll folder differs from others in that only specific users can see the folder itself and the documents once they have been linked to a journal or an invoice.

- users with the right to view Payroll documents (see beow)
NOTE: Auditors can see all documents linked to journals including payroll documents.
