To link an image to your asset, use the link document functionality at the bottom of the asset card.

Select the image(s) you want to link and click Save. The image will then be visible from the following places:

• On the asset itself via the image icon in the top right hand corner of the card.
  
  
• Via the image icon on the Asset in the asset list:
  
  
• Via the View linked document link in the Asset information report.
  
  

When a document has been linked to an asset a row is created in the asset history. In the comments field you find the name of the linked document:
