In the tools drop down menu we have gathered all the other actions appart from depreciation which can be carried out automatically in the Asset Registry.

Note: All the accounting transactions which are then generated automatically can only be carried out if the asset type saved on the Asset has the necessary accounts.

Appart from the scheduled depreciation, the following accounting events can be carried out in the Asset Registry:

1. Write up an asset
2. Write down an asset
3. Sell an asset
   • Sell an entire asset
   • Sell part of an asset
4. Scrap an asset
   • Scrap an entire asset 
   • Scrap part of an asset
5.  Enter manual opening balances
6. Link supplier invoices
