Request missing receipts directly from Briox
Chasing missing receipts is now easier. Request supporting documents directly from bank transactions or journals and track their status from request to review. Documents uploaded by app users are automatically linked to the correct transaction or journal, reducing manual follow-up and matching. A third workflow—allowing you to book a bank transaction to a temporary holding account, complete the reconciliation immediately, and request the receipt afterwards.
Requests can also be sent to e-mail recipients but then the follow up is not automated.
Direct payments & fixed reference numbers
Pay directly from Briox using direct payments with a fixed reference number that follows the transaction from invoice to payment. No need to create supplier invoices. Read more.
Automating year's end
- Annex 73 is now also available when filing our income tax return form 6B (FI only)
- Create a new financial year automatically 30 days before the end of the year- The opening balances will be transferred automatically and updated every night.
Fortnox import (Beta)
The new Fortnox import is now available as a beta feature. Import your data either directly via the API or by using an export file from Fortnox. The import is intended as a one-time migration when moving to Briox and is not designed for recurring synchronisation. (Sweden only)
