Improved client information download (FI) 

Our PRH integration has been replaced by Vainu.com

Now you can retrieve not only company information based on organisation numbers but you can also search for associations and sole traders based on names.
More data, such as e-invoicing addresses if available, is downloaded to Briox automatically.

Improved Data Validation

To improve the quality of our services and reduce errors, we have introduced stricter validation for customer and supplier data. This means that fields such as organisation numbers, VAT numbers, and IBANs will now be checked more thoroughly.

If any of these values are incorrect or incomplete, you will receive a warning message to help you correct the data.

Please note: If a supplier’s VAT number does not match their country, invoices received from that supplier will not be sent for interpretation.

The default journal templates are unlocked

The Briox default journal templates are now unlocked and you are free to rename, edit, inactivate or delete them as you wish.

Discounts on invoice items 

You can now add a discount directly on each item in your customer invoices. A simple way to offer deals and adjust pricing.

Smarter customer creation with company search 

When adding a new customer, just search by company name or Business ID. We'll automatically fill in the company details for you.
