Important Notice!
Starting April 1st, your add-on services will be invoiced separately on a monthly basis, reflecting charges for the previous month's usage. This change aims to enhance clarity and transparency in our billing.
For this reason your April 1st invoice will gather all your un-invoiced add-on services and your May 1st invoice will be the first invoice to reflect the previous months's usage only.

Lock period for new users
If all users in an account have a "closed until date" applied to them, then all new users automatically get the same "closed until date" and will not be able to make any changes in the period prior to that date.
Where: Registry - Chart of accounts - Close Period
General ledger updates
- Project information has been added to the report header when the General Ledger is printed with a project selection.
- If the general ledger is not balanced, we then display the total sum of the general ledger enclosure.
Activity Log updates
The activity Log now displays information about:
- Adding and removing users
- Upgrade / downgrade of packages
- Subscription cancelations
- Changes made to the company's invoicing settings

New email templates are being implemented in the system
