Retroactive salary payments in Briox

Retroactive salary payments are used in cases where salaries have already been paid to employees outside of Briox but the calculation and reporting to the income registry has not been done.

Instead of Normal salary payment, choose the option Retroactive salary payment in Palkkaus.fi to create a salary or payroll calculation with a payment date in the past. Read more here.

Salary Payment cancellation 

Cancel a payment in the Briox Payroll Payments list to automatically notify Palkkaus.fi to cancel the payment reported to the income registry.
If the salary has not been sent to the bank the individual salary or complete payroll is retuned to status draft and can be edited and corrected. Read more here.

Payroll Journal with attachment 

From the Payroll payments list, select a payment and click create payroll journal.
A journal draft that reflects the payment will automatically be created in the default series for payroll and the Palkkaus accounting report from which the journal is created is automatically attached.
