New packages and pricing as of September 1st, 2024

New Product Features Supporting this Initiative:

• The New Briox App:
  We are excited to, as of September 1st, offer every user access to the new Briox app as part of our updated packages. This app delivers a significantly enhanced document scanner, a streamlined customer invoicing process, and supplier invoice approval functionality as part of its initial rollout.

• Subscription Overview Enhancements:
  Under Admin - Subscription Overview, a counter will display the number of free add-on services you have utilised based on your subscription.
  
  
• Add-On Service Invoicing:
  Invoices for add-on services will be issued only when their value exceeds €20, with a minimum billing frequency of once per quarter.
  
  
• New Role Templates:
  We have released new role templates tailored to the updated packages. These templates are available when creating new accounts. Go to Admin - Role Templates.

Other new features

• Enhanced Approval Workflow Visibility:
  The approval workflow status is now visible on all supplier invoices, ensuring transparency for everyone involved in the process.
