To add a user to an account, login to your client account.
- No matter how you login, your client account opens up in a new window. Make sure you are in the correct one by checking the name of the company under in the sidebar tab. You should be in your client's account.
You can also open the Your Account Tab. Here you see your user name as well as which company you are logged into as well as what financial year you are working in.
- Now you can proceed to add the user & give him or her access rights as usual.
