- Go to Registry - Items and then click on Add Item.
Note:The Items Registry will be empty if this is your first time in the application.
- Enter as much information as you can on the item registry form. The Item No. and Description fields are mandatory. Keep in mind that the more information you enter from start, the less you need to enter each time you add the item to an invoice. You can edit / add more details to an item at any time.
- Click on Save when you are ready.
You will now be able to see the item under Registry - Items. This item is now available for you to use while creating quotes, orders and invoices.
