Once a user has been created in Briox, they can be invited to the app.
This invitation is to the Briox app.

Who can send an invitation:

• A systems administrator or
• any accountant who can work with client accounts. 
  
  

How does one invite a user

A ready email template can be sent to one or many users by clicking on the mobile icon

• The invitation can be sent to an individual user from the user account: Go to Admin - Users and click on the mobile icon
  
  
  
  
• Or sent the invitation to all the users in an account directly from the Client overview, by clicking on the same mobile icon.
