Predefined Roles

The following predefined roles have been set up for you:

End user roles for Briox Start:

1. Dashboard:  View reports that have been published to the Dashboard.
   
   
2. Invoice Authorisation:  View reports that have been published to the Dashboard and authorise supplier invoices for payment.
   
   
3. Invoicing: View reports that have been published to the Dashboard, authorise supplier invoices for payment and get full access to Customer Invoicing as an administrator.

End user roles for Briox Grow:

1. Invoice Authorisation:  View reports that have been published to the Dashboard and authorise supplier invoices for payment.
   
   
2. Invoicing: View reports that have been published to the Dashboard, authorise supplier invoices for payment and get full access to Customer Invoicing as an administrator.
   
   
3. Grow Administrator:  View reports that have been published to the Dashboard, authorise supplier invoices for payment and get full access to Customer Invoicing, Time, CRM and Archive as an administrator.
   
   
4. Report Time:  A user can report and submit their time reports.

For the agency consultant:

Agency consultant: The agency consultant is automatically a system administrator in the client account and has full access to Accounting, Invoicing and Archive.
