The following predefined roles have been set up for you:
End user roles for Briox Go:
- Customer invoicing and supplier invoice approval: Access reports published to the Dashboard and approve supplier invoices. Access to Invoicing, and Archive as administrator.
- Viewing Rights: Viewing rights to Dashboard, Accounting, Invoicing and Financial Statements.
- Accounting and Invoicing Administrator: Access to Accounting, Invoicing, and Archive as administrator.
- Supplier Invoice Approval: Access reports published to the Dashboard and approve supplier invoices that are ready for payment.
- Customer and Supplier Invoicing: Access reports published to the Dashboard. Access supplier invoice handling and payments, as well as access to Customer Invoicing and Archive as an administrator.
End user roles for Briox Grow:
- Customer invoicing and supplier invoice approval: Access reports published to the Dashboard and approve supplier invoices. Access to Invoicing, and Archive as administrator.
- Viewing Rights: Viewing rights to Dashboard, Accounting, Invoicing and Financial Statements.
- Accounting and Invoicing Administrator: Access to Accounting, Invoicing, and Archive as administrator.
- Supplier Invoice Approval: Access reports published to the Dashboard and approve supplier invoices that are ready for payment.
- Customer and Supplier Invoicing: Access reports published to the Dashboard. Access supplier invoice handling and payments, as well as access to Customer Invoicing and Archive as an administrator.
For the agency accountant:
- Agency accountant: The agency accountant is automatically the system administrator in the client account and has unlimited access to Accounting, Invoicing, and Archive.
- Payroll administrator: The agency accountant is the administrator for Payroll and has full access to Payroll only in the client account.
- Accounting and payroll administrator: The agency accountant is the systems administrator in the client accounts and automatically has full access to to Accounting, Invoicing, Archive, and Payroll.
