About the income tax return generator

With the Briox income tax return generator, companies can send their income tax declarations online directly from Briox to the tax authorities using the Apitamo PKI interface, also used for the VAT report submission.

You find the income tax return generator in the main menu under : Reports - Income Tax Returns.
If you  do not see it, check the user rights you need to be able to work with the tax returns.



Briox plans to support the following forms and their main attachments for our customer base: 

• Form 6B: Tax Return of business activities - Corporation (3052e) - release march 2025
• Form 5: Business Tax Return for Business Operators and Self - Employed Persons (3049e)
• Form 4: Tax return for housing and real estate companies (3059r)
• Form 6C: Tax return – association and foundation (3067r)
• Form 6A: Business tax return – business partnership (3055e)

The generator automates the process of submitting tax returns by:

• Automatically inputing real time accounting data into the tax returns using tax codes
• Automatically inputing all available company and shareholder information
• Copying your manually input data from year to year

Furthermore the generator is built like a wizard walking you through the process of completing the form, offering you help and checks along the way.
