Ensure all accounts have account classes

The account classes in Briox define the report structure for the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss report, determining where accounts are displayed and how they are summarized in the reports. If an account does not have an account class, it will not appear in the reports.

Go to Reports - Reports - Registers & Lists, and select the report Chart of Accounts.

In the pop-up window choose Without account classes from the dropdown menu next to Show as.

Here you can generate a list of all accounts that are not linked to any account classes. If you want these accounts to appear in your reports, simply assign them to their respective account classes.

You can do this directly on the account in the Chart of Accounts or under Account Classes, which you will find under Register - Chart of Accounts - Account Classes.

In the same report, you also have the option to print your chart of accounts as a Balance Report or Profit & Loss Report to check if all accounts are correctly placed.
