In the report Chart of Accounts, you can select to print your chart of accounts in several ways depending on the purpose of the report.
You can select if you want to view all accounts, or just the active or inactive ones under Accounts.
Show as:
- There is also an option to view them in a list, with or without their Account classes. If you tick the box Itemised, you will get additional information about the settings that have been made at the account level; this could for example be a suggested cost centre or if transaction information must always be specified.
- You can select to print the chart of accounts as a Balance Sheet Report or a Profit & Loss, with headings and subheadings. Here you can view if all your accounts are in the right place.
- The selection Without account classes provides you with a list of all the accounts that are not connected to an account class and are as a consequence not visible in the Balance Sheet Report or Profit & Loss. This can be practical while trouble shooting.
