Only consultants will manage the client's account:
Go to Admin - Users. Here you see the System Administrator (Monica) and the Accountants (Emma & John) who are to manage the client’s accounting (Linda Evans).
To edit the Access Rights of a consultant, click on the pencil icon at the end of the row.
Under Access Rights for the accountant you see the applications and the application features to which the consultant has access rights.
Under each Application Access Rights tab, check the features to which the accountant should have access rights. If you want the accountant to have full rights for all the features in an application, you can click on the Select all / deselect all box and then Save.
If there are features that the accountant should not have access to, leave the check box empty for this feature.
