The system administrator can disable a user who will no longer use the system by unchecking the Active toggle under Admin - User - Edit User.

Once disabled, the user’s assigned rights are immediately revoked, and they will no longer be able to log in. If a user resigns, their personal data can be anonymized, for example, by replacing it with “xxx.”

There are two ways to update a user's personal data:

  1. Users can update their own information directly via the right-hand sidebar under Your Account - Basic Information.

  2. The system administrator can contact Briox Support for assistance.
