If at the time of the import, you did not connect contacts to companies, you can do so afterwards.
To connect an existing contact to a company, follow the steps below:
- Go to CRM - Companies and select the relevant company in the list. Click on it to open it, then click on the Edit Company icon in the toolbar.
- Under the Contacts tab, type the contact name in the field Connect contact. The auto-complete matches what you type against what is registered and suggestions are displayed. Select the contact you want to link to the company and Save.
- You can also click on the selection button to choose a contact from the contact registry. See below.
A new window opens where all registered contacts are displayed. Click on the contact you wish to select. One contact can be connected to several companies.
- Click on Save.
