In the Client Overview you see the following information, in order from left to right:
- The colour code chosen for your Company Category (if chosen under Settings - Client manager - Company type)
- The Client's name
- The name of the Company Category
- The Support login status (on = green, off= grey). Note: you cannot turn the support login on or off from here.
- Your unique Briox account ID number (useful when communication with Briox support)
- The company number
- If the account is Locked: Yes / No,
- If the locking is due to an unpaid invoice, we display: Yes (Unpaid invoice).
- Otherwise the locking will be due to an account having been ended.
- the Status of the account:
- Active: The account has a current and future subscription that are both active.
- Terminating: The subscription has been Ended but the account is still active until the end of the current subscription period.
- Ended: The subscription has been ended. An ended account is locked.
- Archived: The client account is no longer active and has Briox Storage as a subscription.
- Template: Template accounts have their own status, and their own summary row. They are not included in the summary per package type or the total number of clients.
- Package type: This column displays the name of any package that is part of your subscription. A summary per package type is displayed under your client list:
- Paid by: Agency or Client. Template accounts are free.
- How many users of each type are in the account: Users, Employees, Auditors
- The Latest login by a user in a company (not consultants)
- Portal Activation.
From here you can activate the portal on a company. Note: This will not publish the portal.
To be able to do this you need to be the systems administrator or an application administrator for the Client Manager. - Row Tools:
- Login to the client - the consultant needs to have the user right: Login to Client account under Admin - Users for the Client Manager:
AND the check box User must be ticked on the individual company. - Edit company You can also click on the company name to get to the edit company view in the Client Manager.
The consultant needs to have the user right: Edit under companies & Login under Client accounts under Admin - Users for the Client Manager: - Edit Consultant rights - You need to be the systems administrator or application administrator for the Client manager to see the icon.
Click on it to get directly to the edit view where you can set the rights for your consultants on the individual client accounts.
In this view you will also see the clients invoicing information. - Add Assistant assignment or Edit the assistant assignment linked to your client.
- Invite a user to the mobile app
- Invite an auditor to the account
- Login to the client - the consultant needs to have the user right: Login to Client account under Admin - Users for the Client Manager:
- Totals: at the bottom of the list you see the total number of clients and a summary per package
- You have the possibility to Export the list to excel. Click on Export Excel in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
- Add Clients: From the Client Overview page you can also add clients. Click on the Add Client button in the top left hand corner.
You need to have the right to Add companies under companies under Admin - Users for the Client Manager.
