Documents can be linked to customer invoices following the same workflow as supplier invoices.
In the customer invoice view you have access to the following folders:
- The inbox and the customer invoice inbox under linked documents
- All the documents stored in the folders you have rights to access in the Archive.
When an image or document is linked to a customer invoice, you have the choice to send the document to your customer or simply have it as an internal attachment.
If you you want the document to be included as an invoice attachment, simply check the box: Include when sending. see below.
