To be able to see the field Terms of Delivery make sure that you are working in the advanced mode.

The field Terms of Delivery is automatically pre-filled if it has been filled in for the customer in question in the customer registry. Otherwise, you can select another option from the drop down menu.

You will find the settings under Settings - Invoicing/Sales Order - Terms of Delivery.
