The Briox Archive is integrated with the Briox CRM and you can link documents to the Companies and Contacts registered in your CRM.
- Go to your CRM and click on the Companies or the Contacts tab.
- In the list, choose the company or contact you want to link a document to by clicking on the name, and then clicking on the Company or Contact Information tab. In the toolbar that appears on the company or contact card, click on the Link Document Icon. See below.
- This takes you to the Archive where you can choose a document to link to the company or contact by simply clicking on it.
- The linked documents are then displayed on the Company or Contact card under the Documents tab. Several documents can be linked this way.
Simply click on the document to view it. See below.
